Daily Devotion

Dealing with anything in life …
… can be easy or difficult …
… depending on how you look at it!
… So …
When something new, out of the ordinary,
… something you have not had to face before …
... comes your way,
… you can either see it as …
… a Problem! … or … a Challenge!
What you have to realize is …
… the problem is not being faced by a problem,
... but ...
… the problem is in not facing the problem!
… the answer is not in fighting the problem,
... but ...
… the answer is in the implementing of the solution!
… and that turns a potential problem into a challenge!
That is why Jesus said to us …

These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace.
In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
--- John 16:33

Yes, things will come against us, without a doubt,
… but as the Apostle James said …

My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
--- James 1:2-3

When temptations, pressures and problems arise …
… don't count them as problems that you have to fight, but …
… count them as opportunities to have a victory!
… count them as opportunities to grow in faith!
… Therefore …
Take the opportunity and challenge the problem …
… instead of letting the problem challenge you!
!!!
Use that problem as a means of getting closer to God!
Use it as a stepping stone to a higher level of faith!
!!!
… But …
How do you challenge a problem?
You challenge it by standing on the Word,
... by standing on God's promise that gives you the solution …
Jesus said …
… but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. --- John 16:33
… so …
As you take hold of His promise to you …
… His promise of victory in the situation you are facing …
You … start counting it all joy!
You … become the overcomer!
… Because …
You have used the opportunity to grow in Him!
