So when Jesus had received the sour wine,
He said, "It is finished!"
And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.

Seated at the right hand of the
Father,
… above all principalities and power and might and dominion, … given a name above every name, and ALL things were put under His feet. “It is finished!” Jesus had finished what He came to do, … He had conquered death, hell and the grave, … He had redeemed us unto God and had set everything in order, His part was finished! That being so, why did Jesus not immediately establish His Kingdom on earth? |
