Man rejected God's plan through his actions ...
Disobedience ... Going against God's word!
Fear ... Stepping away from God's presence!
Rejection ... Refusing God's involvement and rule!
This caused God to institute a covenant of rules or laws,
But praise God although man had rejected God,
God did not reject man!
For this is the covenant that I will make with the
house of Israel after those days, says the LORD:
... I will be their God,
and they shall be My people.
... I will be merciful to their unrighteousness.
--- Heb.8:10-12
